Talán van itt valaki, aki tudja, hogy maszk témájában próbáltam régen részt venni, tapasztalatokat megosztani. Készítettem is egy videót, hogy szerintem mi jó és mire vagy miért igen/nem. Ezt a videót kb 2 hónapja elláttam angol felirattal. Aztán 2 hete írtak a jútúbos profilomra, hogy nagyvárosok bringásait/motorosait keresik, hogy maszk segítségével felmérjék városok szennyezettségét, hogy hol milyen anyagok jellemzőek és stb. Aztán 1-2 gyorsüzenet után mailcím csere és írtak is nekem ma.

The air pollution is a very serious problem among major cities of the world and this problem is borderless. Also, it has been proven that diseases are related to long term exposure in air pollution (such as lung cancer, cardiopulmonary diseases owing to fine particles and sulfur dioxide; kid's brain diseases owing to lead oxide). In our research, we are more interested in comparing the the fine particles (benzene, nitrogen oxide, sulfur, lead) in different cities/ areas in the world. The goal is to compare various pollution particle level in different regions in different seasons. Since you are in Budapest and have been using respro techno mask in the past so you might be a good candidate for our project.

Currently, we use respro techno mask for data collection. Techno mask will provide more breathe resistance than city mask owing to thicker filter but more protection. Breathe resistance might be also a good way for aaerobic exercise training for lung. We provide free respro mask for helpers in major cities in different area for their usage in their commute and will collect all the used mask samples for data analysis (pollution particle identification and quantification) once the lifespan of mask is reached.

This will be at least one year long project so we could compare the air pollution in season change. Each time, we will mail you full set of mask (not just filter) at no cost for mask replacement to avoid any factors that might influence data collection (ex. air leaking owing to valve aging or neoprene mask aging).

Also do you have idea about how many hours you cycle daily/weekly? You use mask only for bicycling or also for motorcycling?

Tehát kapnék maszkokat, gondolom a bele utána menne vissza.
A lényeg, hogy a kutatás után nyilván nem lesz olyan maszk ami minden ellen véd, de talán többet megtudunk arról, hogy tényleg mi is kerül a tüdőnkbe, illetve hogy melyik városokban mi kerül belénk. Ha az erdmények egy részét (remélem) megosztják velem, akkor talán tudni fogom melyik maszk is a leghatásosabb ide Büdipestre.
